I have just sold my beloved Primare SPA21 to make room for a tube amp.
The weekend is here and my search starts today.
Will be auditioning a few top of the line Tube amps such as PrimaLunas, Pathos, Graaf, Audio Research, a hybrid Copland and also very curious about some Chinese Tube amps in the market.
Will keep you guys posted on my search for the great define for the Cremona Auditors.

ReplyDeleteThat is very sad indeed. Primare is a very good product from Sweden (same as Ikea, Volvo, Saab).I've come to know about Primare when I visited the CMY. It is a very good product as I used two power amp (Primare A32 to drive my speaker). I hope you will find the replacement you're looking for. As for tube amps, the brands that you have listed above is indeed very good too. I can vouch for Audio Research as I'm using one right now as my pre-amp. It's nice to have someone to share.
